Terms and Conditions

1. Subscription Terms

• Freelancers: Pay USD 100 annually for access to all features and project listings
• Contractors: Pay USD 100 annually for account access and project posting rights
• Contractors also agree to a 15% Talent Access Fee per project, which covers platform services and includes
8% WHT

2. Payment Confirmation & ID Issuance

• Upon payment via approved Mobile Money numbers, users will receive a Freelancer or Contractor ID via
email
• Payments are non-refundable once IDs are issued

3. Usage Rights

• Users may not share login credentials or subcontract work without platform approval.

4. Compliance & Conduct

• Freelancers and Contractors must adhere to ethical standards and avoid fraudulent behavior.

5. Dispute Resolution

• In case of disputes, both parties are encouraged to communicate through the platform
• EBC Freelancing provides mediation support where necessary
